what is your coaching experience and focus?

As an ICF professional certified coach with 10+ years of leadership and sustainability international experience in a Fortune 500 organization, I provide individual, team coaching, workshops and interventions.

I support organizations and professionals who want to act as change-leaders. Teams and individuals who want to create a better society and, yet, struggle to make an impact, face systems complexities, uncertainties, contradictory requirements and sources of resistance.

what is coaching about?

It is important for you to know what services you need the most in order to be satisfied. I am leveraging the coaching art and sciences when delivering my services. Here are some clues about what it entails:

  • Like therapy, coaching is a judgment and advice-free space that allow the clients to be fully accepted and to activate their own resources to create a sustainable inner transformation.

  • Like consulting, coaching is a solution and future focus journey that has a specific goal, a start, an end, and key milestones!

  • Like mentoring, the coach offers suggestions and brainstorms with the client relevant strategies and solutions, based on past experiences and learnings.


How doES IT work concretely?

I speak English and French. I work mostly online to be more agile and to mitigate transport-related emissions! Having said so, physical meetings are highly recommended for collective coaching sessions.

The individual coaching cycle process usually goes as follows:

A session lasts 1h50 - 2h hours and usually occurs every 2-3 weeks. This time frame allows your brains to digest the mindset shifts created in the session. Besides, it gives you space and time to put yourself in movement while experimenting with new ways of impacting the world in real life.

  • A discovery call of 15-20 min to assess if there is a good fit between you and me and if coaching would meet your expectations

  • A cycle of 8-12 sessions, depending on your speed of progress, the scope of work, and the depth of items to explore.

  • A structured, yet flexible and customized, rhythm pattern:

    • the 1st session is dedicated to the long-term contract definition;

    • the following sessions are dedicated to the different areas that would support you to achieve your goal (your agenda will be our agenda and it can concern various subjects such as executive presence, influence, communication skills, leadership, career development, mission definition, strategic planning, change management tactics, managing resistance, leveraging values and talents for higher energy and confidence);

    • the last session will conclude the coaching exploration and allow you and me to celebrate the life shifts.

  • Depending on your needs, a new cycle of coaching can be reopened to focus on another area of interest. This would lead to creating a new contract.
